What is ExpertGrid OS?
ExpertGrid OS is a verified-expert marketplace. You describe what you need in plain language, an explainable match engine ranks the most credible, available experts, and you book them directly — with payment held in escrow until the work is done. It's called an "operating system" because everything an engagement needs — discovery, verification, booking, payment, and collaboration — runs on one platform.
How does the expert matching work?
The match engine ranks experts on topic depth, verification level, availability, language, and commercial fit, and shows exactly why each expert ranked — every factor is explained, not a black box.
How do I know an expert is credible?
Every expert carries a reviewer-assigned trust level from L0 (self-declared) to L6 (board certified), based on verified evidence — publications, credentials, and affiliations held in their Proof Vault. Levels are never self-assigned.
How does payment work — is it safe?
Prices are listed per service with no hidden fees for buyers. Payment is held in escrow when you book and released to the expert only after the engagement completes, so you're protected if a booking is cancelled or declined.
